At the southern edge of Thessaly
Our vineyard lies on the foothills of Mount Narthakion, in the region of ancient Phthia, at 380 metres above the sea. The parcels are our own, worked organically and entirely without irrigation.
Dry farming and deliberately low yields concentrate what the site gives us. Every wine is made in a limited number of bottles, with one purpose: to show the microclimate of this particular place.
